Love, blessings, celebration, reunions, Christmas sparkle + glamour are just a few of the elements that a wedding planner would incorporate in a holiday wedding in Pottstown, PA. And when the bride is a wedding planner, you would expect all that and more!
They met online, but it was Ted’s warmth and boy-next-door charm that caught Renee’s attention. A long get-to-know-you conversation led to dinner the next night. And, according to the bride, the rest is history.
Renee added details to every aspect of the wedding that had special meaning to the couple. The Chapel on the Campus of The Hill School in Pottstown, Pa. was not just chosen for it charm and beauty, but also because Ted went to school there from 8th to 12th grade, and his father also taught there.
Renee’s wedding gown, a Kleinfeld ballgown with classic lines, held a little secret. Renee had her tailor add a blue heart cut from her father’s tee shirt and sewn into her gown. Her father had passed in 2006, but she was still able to walk down the aisle with him in spirit. And to add to the “something blue,” Ted’s wedding gift to her was his grandmother’s diamond and sapphire bracelet.
A memorable reception was held at the elegant Ballroom at Ellis Preserve – a classic historical landmark – just perfect for a winter glam affair. Renee and Ted hoped that their family and many long time friends would feel the love in the room and have a great party to remember.
Congratulations to Ted and Renee!
